Ask us to design a lattice panel for you. Our machinery and procedures are tuned to pergolas which allow us to make perfect lattice.
Each project is custom. You give us the height and width requirements then our formulas figure out the exact spacings.
The lattice members are two inches thick and three inches tall. Typical spacings are 10 inches vertically and horizontally which creates
7" x 7" openings in the lattice. Panels are priced by the linear foot of 2x3 material required, plus the support system.
Every lattice panel needs to be supported. In this case the panels are part of a Colonnade Pergola.
Each notch is preformed by automated machinery. Even the hole drilling is done by a CNC machine.

A critical part of the design process is the ability to see what your creation will look like when complete. We use AutoDesk to create life-like images of your project before you make a deposit.

Jared AsweganDear Max, It's funny what can happen when the three stooges set out to erect a pergola. While we were ultimately successful, the process was a bit dodgy. Of course, had we curtailed our enthusiasm and actually READ the instructions first, it would have gone a lot easier. What ever damage was done was easily mended thanks to wood glue, a couple of hidden screws and some touch up paint. I couldn't be happier with your fantastic work. From the beginning to the end of the process it was so easy, and I have admit, the pool area is so much improved with this addition. Absolutely PERFECT. I'll send photos next time the sun is out. Joe and Terry MitlyngI have been meaning to send you these pictures of our pergola, showing the Shade Tree awnings, for over a year now. The pictures were taken in September this year, about a year after the pergola was first assembled. My brother and I had just finished washing the pergola with Murphy Oil Soap, and it had that wonderful, like new, honey glow.
